I am fortunate enough to have a close friendship and working relationship with a local butcher. Once I have customised and finalised the menu with my client over the phone, I personally visit the butcher to purchase the relevant and premium cuts of meat. The butcher reliably and flawlessly delivers fresh, grass-fed, free-range products. Their meat is a direct result of free range animals that have been cared for, handled in a low stress facility, and processed humanely. Their team has a direct relationship with their graziers and source locally to reduce their impact on the environment. All of these efforts combine to ensure the meat I, you, and your guests enjoy is nutrient rich, flavoursome, and of the highest quality.
