    My name is Anthony Beran – director and pitmaster of Up in Smoke BBQ. Up in Smoke delivers my love for BBQing to your own Sydney backyard. I offer an authentic and boutique catering experience. I take an enormous amount of pride in the quality of my produce, preparatory marinades, and final flavour. Bringing these elements together is the theatre of my cooking.
